AdeptMedia Corporation provides highly targeted messaging through a personalized communications platform called DeepTarget™. AdeptMedia is in the Digital Media space and continues to grow into multiple markets through its’ value added reseller program. In 2007, AdeptMedia introduced its’ wholly owned subsidiary, PrintsbyMe.com, an automated web-to-print solution.
Mediprise Management Group, Inc. was incubated in Cocoon Resources, Inc. in 2005 and 2006 before formally being spun-out in September 2006. It is focused on medical practice management services with a platform for introduction to the healthcare industry with personal health record technologies. Mediprise focuses on billing services as its core and is in the process of looking for other billing company acquisitions.
Volatile Analysis Corporation was incubated in Cocoon Resources,
Inc. in 2006 and formally spun-out in February 2007. Volatile
Analysis conducts research to help identify disease state in
the body through analyzing volatile compounds in the breath.
New diagnostic technologies to support this area, called Metabolomics,
are of special interest to Volatile Analysis. Volatile is considered
an expert resource for Volatile Organic Compounds Revelations
from Flavor to Health.
